anthropic launched a personal finance thing yesterday. connect bank + cards via plaid and ask where your money went, duplicate charges, fees, interest paid last year. read only, cant move money. chatgpt did basically the same in may.
so the bank holds the money but the AI is the one explaining it to you now. if i’m a bank i’d be a little nervous about that tbh. nobody opens the banking app to “talk” to it lol
